These Epsom and pink Himalayan salts work together to help to remove toxins and impurities from the body, while the blend of essential oils helps to soothe the senses and de-stress the mind.
Both neroli and chamomile are powerful essential oils to help with relaxation and sleep. This scent helps to make you feel calm, relaxed and ready to rest. Perfect to set the scene for sleep.

Ingredients: Epsom Salts, Himalayan Salt, Essential oils, contain: Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Citronellol, Citral
How to use: Add a generous amount (about a tablespoon) to warm, running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic.

Great product - wonderfully relaxing
Bought this product as a present, so won’t be able to try it. Ordering and delivery was straightforward and prompt. Loved the packaging and presentation of the product and pricing seems competitive - l’m sure I will be purchasing again from Holistics!
These barth salts are my favourite scent, I have the whole collection and can't wait for more scents to be released 🤩 I use these often, all of the blends that have been made perfectly complement each other. Being a full time mum of 3 children below 6 makes it very difficult to have some relaxing time for myself. These barth salts always clear my mind , make my skin feel really soft and give me the most luxurious soak in the barth ready to wake up the next day full of energy. I can't praise these salts enough and would highly recommend anyone that just wants to have a chilled barth that takes the stresses of life away so you can relax with your positive minds and thoughts.
Fantastic quality products , outstanding customer service & a priceless feeling having a soak in the barth ( when I thought I had lost being able to go to a spa an relax these are by far better you can use them at home at your own leisure)
