RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from delivery at hello@thisisholisticlondon.com
We'll get in touch and provide instructions for the next steps.
Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the return.
Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in its original packaging in a resalable condition, will not be refunded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Keep proof of posting.
