Fantastic product and excellent customer service

I recently left a review regarding the state of the presentation box when I received my candles which I have now deleted due to the fantastic customer service I have received from this company due to no fault of their own - goods arrived damaged. Initially they immediately offered a full refund, but after discussing further with them I felt it more appropriate to have a new, empty box so that I could use them as a present in the future. There was nothing wrong with the candles and I felt it very unfair that they should issue a full refund, which is why we went down this route. I received the new box within two days, and they also sent me a complimentary candle - a beautiful smelling Pink Pepper and Peony - they didn't need to do this as the problem has been rectified! Excellent customer service and as a result I have now bought the larger candles and room diffuser in the same blend. Thank you!
