As like many businesses we are assessing our response to COVID-19 on a daily basis. We want to continue to support our customers and for that reason we’ll shift the focus to our online store, while remaining open and honest if anything changes. Our number one priority is the safety of our team, suppliers, delivery partners and customers.
Some of the actions we’ve taken to keep our services running:
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the UK
- Customer Service is still operational via Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM
- There are no delivery delays at the moment, and we are working with Hermes UK who’s put in plan for Contact Free Delivery.
